Sara is a results-driven Executive and Organisational coach with over 25 years’ experience as a facilitator and coach. She is passionate about coaching clients through transitions, whether that is role change or organisational transformation.
She has over 20 years firsthand experience of leadership within large organisations, and what that means in terms of change leadership, building strong teams and systems, the future of work and culture change.
Sara has worked across a range of industries including financial services, government and telecommunications. As a strategic organisational development professional, she has worked with leaders from C-Suite to frontline and understands both the challenges and opportunities they face.

Coaching is a collaborative, solution-focused partnership in which the Coach and Coachee work together to enhance work performance, achieve personal and professional growth and create greater wellbeing for the Coachee in line with their goals and aspirations. The coaching conversation involves setting goals, exploration and challenge, and taking action. Coaching is a highly effective methodology for mindset and behavioural change and goal achievement.
Coaching can help you to identify your goals and move towards them. A great coaching conversation might help you to create clarity on your goals, it might help you to generate lots of options, or it might identify things that are currently barriers to achieving your goals. Coaching can often provide the space and the strategies for people to reflect, to explore and to challenge their thinking. Coaching can also provide evidence-based tools and approaches to embed new ways of thinking and behaving.
A leadership team is often the most powerful unit of change in an organisational setting. Teaming workshops for leadership teams can be most helpful in three situations. If you are bringing together a newly formed team, a workshop can enable the team to create alignment and connection, to articulate vision and values and to create the psychological safety and cognitive flexibility that are needed to get the team performing rapidly. Getting clear about roles, responsibilities and ways of working early in the life of the team can be enormously helpful. Teaming workshops can also assist in reshaping the culture or dynamics of leadership teams and enhancing performance. And finally, leadership teams that are navigating significant change can find team workshops make a difference in how the team is able to lead through the change together.
